The room I reserved with acropolis is false please change the name and price as there is no view at all unless you go out on balcony and lean out to see it . Moreover our friends room same category was half size of ours so I made a fuss till they changed it the next day specially that I had reserved it for them . The rooms are not well cleaned coffee cups stay from day to day. Some front desk staff were helpful .

The hotel is clean inside and convenient to activities. The staff is slow and very short staffed! One waitress on the whole pool deck to attend to about 75 people for example. Check out took 20 minutes because the front desk couldn’t handle the volume of people. The rooms are renovated but falling apart already with shower heads that leak and cracked cabinets

Everything was excellent. Only problematic situations we encountered were being rushed out of breakfast because they were switching over to lunch forced to eat cold food from the buffet. Pour drink quality on roof top bar.

The shower had mold. Upon reporting the maintenance came and said it is black caulk. Who puts a black caulk in all white shower, very wierd. I am not coming here again. They even charged me minibar which was never used by us. Do not have photos but will never stay here again.

Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps?

Paid for a suite with pool for four people (two adults and two kids). The suite had only one king bed and only one extra single (or even smaller) bed was accommodated. The pool was dirty and the furniture around the pool full of cat hair. Would definitely not recommend.

This hotel is incredible! The concierge was so helpful that I wanted to hire her for our personal tour guide around Greece!! She was so amazing (Anastasia), and her recommendations were exactly what we wanted. The room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The location is central and not far from the Acropolis. The only complaint was the elevator system was a little clunky and it sometimes took a Long time to get an elevator. But this is so minor and not very relevant to our overall experience.

Nice hotel BUT in a red light area far from centre

The hotel is ok. Modern and clean but it is huge - so huge we had to queue for 30 minutes to check in. There are not enough lifts for the huge numbers of guests so one waits 10 - 15 minutes for a lift which stops at every floor. Also the location is dreadful - in a very rough red light area full of strip clubs and sex shops, very dangerous at night and 15 minutes by taxi to the centre of Athens.

Where to begin? Day one of six. Completely ignored by the breakfast waiter. Rude hostess. Was told while I waited four hours for my room to be ready to check out the spa. I went to the spa and stood at the desk for seven minutes While the receptionist was on the phone, speaking in Greek and completely ignored me. The funky designed shower sprays water all over the bathroom to the point of flooding! People waiting for the elevators to take them where they needed to go Wier backed up 10 to 15 minutes. One man with his luggage, went up and down the elevator three times before it took him to the proper floor. Waiters and people at the pool were extremely rude! I do not recommend you to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it looks beautiful on the outside and ugly on the inside. However, I don’t think there are very many choices for a 4 to 5 star hotel in Athens. But the grand Hyatt should not be rated five stars!
