Overall this is a very nice hotel with good amenities. For the price and quality of hotel, I would have expected better service. It was not very good by the pool or at breakfast. The pool is lovely but very small for such a large hotel, with only about 20 seats. The rooms are nice but dated, and I would have preferred a true queen bed to the two twins pushed together. Overall, for the money it could have been better, but it is not a bad place.

I was very disappointed with my stay. For a rate of over 300 euros per night, I expected at least a comfortable and well-equipped room, but what I found was far from that. The bed was pushed directly against the wall, there was no bedside table, and the overall layout felt closer to a hostel than to a hotel in this price category. The room lacked the basic comfort and functionality one would reasonably expect for the rate charged. For the price, I anticipated more attention to detail, better design, and a sense of value. Unfortunately, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. In my opinion, the room simply does not justify the cost, and I would not recommend it to travelers looking for comfort or value for money.

Beautiful facility a bit off the busier streets. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived (early) until we left the next morning (also very early). The view and service in the restaurant were top notch! Would definitely recommend.

Our favourite night spot in Athens

Whist the lobby is extremely busy especially in the morning and noon time, it is nice and spacious a a comfortable place to lounge around. They have added an extension since our previous visit 10 years ago, and this includes a ~120 seater restaurant with collapsible full height glass walls, inside and outside seating, offering a fabulous view of the Acropolis. A great place to be whether it is for breakfast, dinner or just evening drinks!

The service from all hotel staff was excellent! The concierge during all shifts were efficient, courteous and professional. We were a three generation family of 6 and the hotel arranged 3 different tours for us on the spot. The guides and drivers for all tours were excellent. When we arrived our youngest member, 10 years old, was sick and needed medical attention. The hotel arranged for a doctor to come to the room. We were able to get the needed medications and he bounced back a day later. Thank you!

We loved our short stay at Electra Palace! It was a quick walk from Syntagma Station, and the reception was very helpful. The pool has incredible views of the Acropolis and the breakfast is included in the price and FANTASTIC!

The staff was very accommodating and couldn’t be more friendly. The breakfast was outstanding in every way. Fresh pastries, fresh bread, eggs cooked to order, fruit, juices, coffee, everything imaginable they had and more. The pool is on the small side but it was very refreshing. It was hot so lots of patrons using the pool. Pool staff friendly and efficient. Lots of restaurants and cafes and bakeries nearby within walking distance.
