Great location!

The location was central to everything. Great vibes, food, and drinks. The room had everything we needed and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Would def stay there for our next visit.

The hotel facilities and room were very nice. Aspen is very small and it in the downtown area so everything is a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Upon our arrival, which was 2 hours past check-in time, our room wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist offered us a complementary upgrade to a better bigger room, which was on the first floor facing the noisy street and the worst part was the noise of people dropping weights at the gym that is next door to the room. The original booking was for a smaller room but at least it had a balcony and was on a higher floor so this wasn’t really an upgrade, The stay included breakfast but the food quality was not good! The granola was so old and not eatable. The other items on the buffet were also poor quality, the second morning we didn’t even bother to have breakfast at the hotel. The room itself was nice and clean but all together it was way overpriced for what we got.

Terrific staff - friendly, helpful and professional yet relatable. Room was exceptionally clean, bed comfortable and the bath room immaculate. Location was ideal - near the retail and restaurants yet at the foot of the mountain. The complimentary breakfast was varied and comforting. In the evening, the main lounge became the living room with comfy seating and attentive servers dishing up an array of tasty dishes. Overall, highly recommend for people looking to explore Aspen.

This is definitely a higher end hotel, we enjoyed the modernness of it. We would have loved to tried the hot tub ($30 amenity fee) but a lot of young boys occupied it for a ling time.
