This property is stunning and built into a hillside with sweeping views of the ocean. When you arrive, you check in on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. They were not fully booked, but we were given a 2nd floor room. I will say it was way quieter down there, but it felt like going down into a dungeon to get to our room and no other guests were on our floor. Just ask for a 4th floor room if you don’t want to do a Stairmaster with all your luggage. No fans in the room, A/C wasn’t adequate, and it was hot in our room all night. Staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was typical Costa Rican fare. The location was beautiful and room was dated but ok, just think an elevator and some additional cooling in the room would be helpful.

Endless pools endless meals was a win

Staff was absolutely amazing! The restaurant located in this resort is phenomenal. It really was a treat for us to stay here.

This place is a dream! You never have to leave once you are at the property. There are several areas associated with the property where free shuttles are available. The restaurants have wonderful food, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are stunning. We did the zipline which was on site and was one of the best things I did while in Costa Rica. Not to be missed! The beds were a bit too firm for my comfort, but everything else was stellar!

It was the most peaceful and serene place in this side of the costa rican pacific, the staff was amazing, the food was super healthy and delicious , the entire place is just magical. The beach is super clean and literally yours only. I would come back every time I’m in Costa Rica.

I felt like I was in a terarium while looking out my balcony. Stunning property, beautiful rooms. Next time, I will go with my partner, the resort has a very romantic feel. Pool and spa were very clean and surrounded by huge trees, monsteras and monkeys. WoW!
