The shower curtain in the supposedly handicap access room came too far out so there was no way to prevent water from going all over the floor, making it very hazardous. The floor of the shower also had a severe slope toward the drain so that is was hard to maintain balance.

I needed ironing board and had checked with the property before hand to confirm. But it was not there and no one answerd the call excpet AI recoreded the information and no one got back to me

Room need a lil more attention

After driving up and seeing the terrible conditions, I refused to get out of the car. My first thought was that the business was condemned and closed! The pics posted on Expedia are NOT accurate at all. I would consider this an unsafe place to stay.

Beautiful home, filled with antiques and history. Wonderful hosts who seek to make your stay, rooms, meals and moments memorable. If you like antiques and history this is the place for you. While the home is carefully preserved there are also enough modern touches to make your stay quite comfortable. Would recommend. Also very convenient many dining options of a wide variety.

There was no hot water for showers. The air conditioner in our room leaked onto the floor for entire 5 day stay. Staff sent a maintenance guy to fix and all that was done was to put towels down on the 1st day. The tv didn't work in our room. I told the lady at the front desk and she really didn't care. The washing machine didn't have a door on it and hasn't had one in a while. No one ever came to the room to replace towels or make the beds. The breakfast was not very good. But on a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner blew cold air.

Other than the air conditioner, not being on, it was great
