Excellent Location and very helpful staff. General area and rooms are very clean and spacious. wifi reception is very good and fast. unfortunately no bar but the lounge is open for hot drinks all the time.

Staff and cleaning crew are top notch. When you get there, they may let you know that you won’t be staying at the same building that the reception is located…remember, you’re in Amsterdam…buildings are only so wide and tall. They had us just about three doors down in a room that was better than the picture online. I will never stay anywhere but here when we come back. My wife and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. You will love the location, the romance of the architecture of the accommodation, and I encourage you to open the window and look out at the canal and watch an amazing city.

Very busy and poor staff service

Very central location! But the room was not the greatest it did not match the standards in the picture. The washroom smelled like sewer it was not a pleasant smell we had to keep the door closed.

It is a great location. But it was the loudest room I have ever stayed in while Amsterdam. They put us in 101 in the basement. I guess because we booked it on Expedia. Housekeeping comes in out of the doors where the room was located. You had to go past a door and stairs to get to your room. Above us they moved furniture and rolled things around. I think it was the kitchen. This happened until one or two in the morning. We got no sleep every night due to the pounding loud noises above us and the employees coming in and out of the door beside our room. I would not recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the basement on the -1 floor. It was awful noisy. It was a clean and awesome location.
