Staff were lovely. Very easy to check in, we arrived early at about 1pm so we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage waiting room. Room was as described, very clean and tidy. We had a view of the pool which was very nice. Very happy experience overall.

Love staying at this place, the staff are so helpful and the location is brilliant. So close to the airport and the views are immaculate. I could’ve been a bit cleaner but it was still good

Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk down to beach and harbour ect and a really exhausting walk back uphill in the heat, not good for us pensioners, but all in all a great place.

El hotel es precioso y los trabajadores son todos un encanto. Y por la noche es aún más mágico. Sitio romántico y tranquilo.
