Great location, nice room, comfy bed

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and a good value. Rooms and bed were comfortable.

Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

Everything was great! Especially during the annual festival week. They made sure that we knew of everything happening so that our experience could be a greater one.

Perfect location for going to the old town. As it turns out we were there for the start of the annual Basque, week long celebration. We were able to see fireworks from our room! Breakfast was nice and you could make lunch from the offerings if you wanted to. But nice to have yogurt and muesli and good coffee! This is the only hotel that had breakfast included during our trip.
