This hotel is beautiful! It is right in the middle of where you want to be. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a loft room which was amazing with a private Terrace. There was a Dyson hair dryer and a straightener provided in the room. A The breakfast buffet was delicious. Made to order eggs and an array of other items. I have already recommended this hotel to friends that will be passing through Madrid. It is definitely my new goal to stay when in town. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

Great location close to everything

Clean room, easy check in

Nice hotel. Decent location. Room was clean. Bed moderately comfortable. Great amenities in the room. Quick response to an AC issue. Lobby/entry congested and not very welcoming. The terrace of our room was outstanding and actually why we chose this hotel. The view was meh. Otherwise, good basic stay.

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.
