Outstanding property. Amazing pool area. Super neat in every aspect. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff always there to help with anything in a heartbeat. On top of that, gorgeous location right by the beach.

Avoid. This is not a hotel and that should be made clearer. On arrival, people in front had been overcharged on their final bill and were complaining. The rooms are lovely but staff are poorly trained. No housekeeping so no fresh towels, toilet rolls, nor room cleaning. Mentioned to staff and she literally shrugged her shoulders and said you are here now. No water in rooms (first time ever). The pool is literally just a pool. No towels and can’t get any food by the pool. If you order food from a very limited menu you will be given a cold meal in a glass bowl to take to your room to reheat and eat in your room. Had very expensive barbecue night for one adult and 12 year old. Couple of bits of grisly steak and salty chicken. Small portion and overpriced. This acts like a hotel that wants to cut costs. Staff call it an Airbnb. Very confusing and hence wouldn’t recommend nor would I go back. Incidentally we were also overcharged on our final bill.

Excellente résidence, le studio était propre fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est d'un excellent professionnalisme accueillant et très à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est varié et assez complet. Le seul petit inconvénients serait qu'ils ne proposent pas de solution de restauration in-situ (hormis le restaurant de l'hôtel à côté, mais il faut s'y prendre un petit peu à l'avance) ou même des repas à emporter ou des offres de snacking. Toutefois, cela n'altère aucunement la qualité du lieu et des services. Je reviendrai :)

Très bon établissement situé à 3 min à pied de la plage et à 8 min en voiture du centre ville d’Arcachon. Le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner complet et le studio très chaleureux !

Goeie locatie, met ruime (gratis) parking in de buurt, Mooie kamer, en faciliteiten (microgolf, frigo) Goed bed en ruime kamer, apart toilet. Frigo maakt veel lawaai, dus deze s’nachts uitschakelen.

Hotel, in dem man etwas arbeiten muss.

Wenn man nur kurz dort ist, ist es zu aufwendig. Man muss das ganze Geschirr, Besteck, u.a. zählen und abhaken. Keine englische Version der Liste. Am Abreisetag muss man die Küche putzen und den Müll wegbringen. Für ein Hotel fanden wir das ungewöhnlich und es sollte erwähnt werden bevor man bucht. Die Balkone sind toll, nur kaum benutzbar wenn nebenan geraucht oder gekifft wird. Für Kinder dann ungeeignet und Wäsche trocknen dort auch nicht möglich. Von einer Seite kam bis spät in die Nacht immer Qualm. Ansonsten war alles neu und bequem. Es gibt auch kein weiteres Toilettenpapier, obwohl ein Angestellter es bei der Ankunft sagte. Selbstversorgung.

Toute nouvelle residence d'un très bon standing. Idèale poue un sejour en famille à Arcachon. Un personnel à votre écoute desirant vous offrir un bon service. Le seul point négatif... une très mauvaise connection internet.
