No geral foi ok. Atendimento muito bom. Achei o hotel muito deteriorado e mal cuidado. Ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem. Interruptor de tomada encardido, se fizer uma boa limpeza o encardido sai. Faltou muitos itens do cardápio em plena sexta feira. Ja conhecia o hotel mas achei dessa vez um pouco aba donado e o valor da diaria caro. Não condiz com o q é oferecido.

Problemas com possibilidade de solução

Localização e Ambiente O hotel está em um local bonito, de frente para a praia e uma lagoa. No entanto, a beleza natural é comprometida por uma grande quantidade de lixo na areia da praia e na margem oposta da lagoa. É urgente a necessidade de limpeza para garantir a segurança dos visitantes, evitando riscos como cacos de vidro e outros detritos. O Hotel e Suas Instalações O hotel se divide em uma parte principal e um anexo. Fiquei no anexo, no quarto 18, onde as paredes e o teto estão descascando e precisam de manutenção urgente. A água do quarto tinha um odor desagradável. A estrutura de madeira do restante do hotel também necessita de atenção. O café da manhã, no entanto, é bom. Festa e Inconvenientes Uma festa de casamento aconteceu no restaurante terceirizado em 13/09/2025 e causou grande transtorno. O evento usou a área exclusiva para hóspedes para estacionamento e circulação dos convidados e trabalhadores. Um gerador à óleo foi posicionado de forma inadequada, com os gases de combustão invadindo os quartos. A equipe do hotel alegou não saber do evento, mas a noiva estava hospedada lá e a equipe cedeu o espaço. O som alto foi das 17h às 22h, e a circulação de pessoas e veículos continuou após esse horário. Não houve qualquer aviso ou pedido de desculpas. Serviço e Atendimento A equipe do hotel atendeu muito bem. O funcionário que trabalha à noite se mostrou atencioso e tentou resolver a situação, mas não deve ser responsabilizado pela falta de gestão da administração.

Funcionários educados porém instalações entupidas!

Atendimento dos funcionários excepcional,porém o quarto que ficamos foi o mais caro no quesito da propaganda de ser o mais privativo do hotel,com banheira e uma “ piscina” externa,porém não é( pelas Fotos mostro isso). Nenhuma privacidade ele tem! Estrutura meio velha e banheiros com instalações entupidas!!! Café da manhã mediano,tapiocas e omeletes pouquíssimas recheadas. Atrás do hotel existe uma vila gastronômica bem bacana ( a única das proximidades). Cama boa,ar condicionado também bom,toalhas limpas. Se me perguntassem se voltaria a resposta é: tem hotéis bem melhores e com custo benefício muito bom no valor que pagamos desse ( pagamos o quarto mais caro ) então não contaria !

Não condizente com as fotos da propaganda

Hotel muito bem cuidado e aconchegante, porém o quarto é muito menor do que aparenta nas fotos. Ainda diz que o quarto tem uma piscina privativa, parece mais uma fonte. Não dá pra duas pessoas entrarem, totalmente desconfortável e a frente não é totalmente para a praia e sim para uma lagoa e pega parte do mar, mas de longe.

Hotel lindo, com vista incrível e muito limpo. Se estiver pensando em levar seu pet, nem precisa se preocupar! O acesso a diversas áreas é permitido, e o nosso cãozinho foi muito bem tratado! Há drinks e petiscos ótimos no bar próximo a piscina e adoramos! Como pontos a melhorar, citamos o café da manhã, que não tinha tanta variedade, e o reduzido número de lugares para alimentação à noite perto da acomodação (ao lado, há um pequeno complexo de restaurantes, mas eles não abrem todos os dias da semana e, como não há restaurante no hotel, é importante saber para não passar "fome"). O que mais nos incomodou e é muito importante saber: se o seu carro não é 4x4, não siga gps, como o do Waze ou Maps. Fizemos isso, paramos em uma duna, e o carro atolou feio. Por sorte, ainda estava claro e conseguimos ajuda de moradores locais. Siga sempre as pequenas placas que indicam a posição da acomodação e peça ajuda ao hotel. A nosso ver, o próprio hotel deveria oferecer essas informações antes para evitar situações desconfortáveis para os hóspedes, mas fica a sinalização para ajudar a quem estiver indo pela 1a vez.
