We had a wonderful experience at Nico hotel. They have a lovely rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the volcanoes. The breakfast was delicious and our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has ample parking a short block away, and the hotel is situated close to the famous Antigua arch!

Well priced and walkable to town centre. Wifi was very slow and although we booked for 2 adults and 2 children, breakfast was only provided for 2 people. Lovely courtyard area, rooms are compact - worth it for the money.

The hotel has a second building that they use when the main one is full. This building isn’t very nice, but they charge the same price as if you were staying at the Nico Hotel. This was an unexpected and unannounced change. Parking was terrible, and we had to move our car at 7 am. Staff were very nice.

They accused us of breaking the mini mirror. I brought up when I moved the handle the mirror fell into the sink and crack. It wasn’t screwed on clearly for that to happened and we also notified right after the incident happened after breakfast. The manager said no problem. Afterwards at night they said the owners wanted us to pay. We contacted Expedia to help resolve this issues as we lost trust with the hotel. I don’t blame the manager but the owner. They clearly are penny pinching and also all inclusive breakfast is misleading… they charge for an ounce of milk with your coffee and every little thing. Nos acusaron de romper el mini espejo. Les comenté que al mover la manija, el espejo se cayó en el lavabo y se quebró. Obviamente, no estaba bien atornillado, y también avisamos justo después del incidente, después del desayuno. El gerente dijo que no había problema. Luego, por la noche, dijeron que los dueños querían que pagáramos. Contactamos con Expedia para resolver el problema, ya que habíamos perdido la confianza en el hotel. No culpo al gerente, sino al dueño. Claramente son tacaños y, además, el desayuno todo incluido es engañoso: cobran una onza de leche con el café y todo. Ils nous ont accusés d'avoir cassé le mini-miroir.
