The hotel offers good value and service. Location is good. My only negative was the pool area and fitness room, neither were well maintained or equipped.

Decent option in Dartmouth. Room was in good condition but pretty small for a family of 4. Pool was ok but small and cold. Staff was nice enough and check in was easy.

The hotel has an unpleasant odour throughout. The room temperature controls were very finicky, and it was either extremely warm or freezing cold. The parking situation was dire - no spaces available for a truck like ours, and this was not made clear to us prior to arrival. Virtually every spot was taken anyway. Breakfast was chaotic, with far too small a space for the number of people trying to prepare their own food, buffet-style. The coffee ran out and was not replaced for about half an hour at peak breakfast time. The pool is at another hotel down the street (!) which is utterly insane. For the proce, which is exorbitant, this hotel was a huge disappointment.

Nice location

The room was clean. Ample parking. Close to the airport. Check-in staff were excellent.
