The bed was dirty upon arrival: red stain on the sheet like that of bedbugs; dirty mattress cover with stains and stray hairs. While the housekeeping staff was attentive the following day, the absence of any on-site staff or in-person assistance with the unsanitary room makes obvious the fact that Bob’s customers and staff are less important than cost-cutting shortcuts. Overrated and overpriced.

We were surprised the price included fika and dinner. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to not have to find a restaurant. There are none close by anyway.
