The hotel itself is nice, especially if you’re staying in one of the multi-room suites. This is how we’ve stayed here in the past, and it seems the hotel caters to its guests who are staying in nicer rooms. We’ve always been in the “North Tower” however for this trip it was just myself and my girlfriend, no need for multiple beds, so we ended up in a standard room in the South Tower and really there wasn’t anything wrong with the room or the hotel, it was housekeeping that I think they’re having an issue with. The 2nd day in Disneyland, we took the ‘do not disturb’ placard off the door before we left so we would have a clean bed and fresh towels to come back to. We did 13 hours in the park that day and came back to the room the same way we left it, no new towels, bed still untouched. I wasn’t upset, I just wanted some towels so I called guest services and asked for them to bring up some towels and just let them know that the room didn’t get serviced today, so that’s why I needed them. The lady on the phone then insisted I must’ve left the placard on the door, even though I’m positive I didn’t and even double checked once we saw the room hadn’t been serviced. The whole time I’m explaining the situation to her, she kept trying to rush me off the phone as if I wasn’t worth her time, and she came across very rude. Also the hot tub gave us both a skin rash and had a bandaid in it for atleast 2 nights before I fished it out myself. Sad, I used to like this hotel. Not anymore.
