Hello, I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. Upon check-in, we were not provided with any information regarding amenities or services, which made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy our stay. Additionally, we were surprised by the extra charge for parking, which was not clearly communicated in advance. Unfortunately, due to these concerns, we do not plan on returning to the hotel in the future. I wanted to kindly share this feedback in hopes it might be helpful for improving future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They didn’t answer at front desk. I needed shampoo and I had to shower without it. I walk to tell them and they said they were very busy with other events. The rooms are very outdated. Beautiful outside. Amazing customer service. Entryway and public areas are updated and gorgeous. BUT the rooms are crap. Its cheaply renovated and feels like a Motel 8. There was also water damage to the sides of the shower. So uncomfortable to even be in the room that we left a few hours later and decided that we would sacrifice the over $500 we spent on 2 nights there for a better hotel down the street.
