there was no where to sit in the lobby that was comfortable the food options were very limited the pool was okay the rooms were wonderful

My wife and I loved staying here. Coffee ready whenever you want it—from late at night to early in the morning going to work. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay if you have children. Clean and comfortable! Breakfast is awesome also. Would definitely come back! 10/10!

Rooms are clean. The hotel old , outdated and they do not have enough staff. It was , in its day a very nice hotel, but.not anymore, not worth the money...I also was charged 50 more.than what the booking was.

Good location

The room only accommodated 4 people and we had 5. I booked with Hotels.com so I do not understand why it went through. We had to pay extra for a roll away bed. The breakfast was VERY limited.

The building is ran down and absolutely gross. The room itself was cleaner than hallways/ elevator and lobby but extremely ran down and old. Won’t be staying there again especially at that price.

When we arrived, check in reception was obviously annoyed. When we arrived in our room we noticed several things, the toilet paper holder was broken so it was set on the counter. The bed had stains on the sheets, luckily, we brought our own bedding. There were very few outlets, there were also very smelly garbage cans by the entrance that were not addressed during our entire trip. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that my husband needed to use an iron and there wasn't one in the room (okay?) when we called down to the front desk, we were told that aren't allowed to have an iron because it uses too much power if we use it, it will blow the breaker. Which seems absolutely wild. I've never been to a hotel and denied using an iron, if they didn't have on available that would have been understandable. Overall unhappy and disappointed. Would not recommend this motel!
