Amazing!! Stunning hotel our seaview room was very spacious and spotlessly clean The breakfast buffet was fantastic there's something for everyone such a great variety of foods The two outdoor pool areas and bars again spacious and spotlessl with great sunbeds and parasols But the absolute gem has to be the terrace rooftop bar...wow!! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I cannot wait to return again next year!!

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

Check in 4pm however rooms not ready till 4.30. Roof pool area towels on beds but no one using them. Shame because others waiting at bar area to get sunbathing.

Great communication for both check in and check out. Apartment was clean and well equipped and although on a busy street was very quiet and we slept well. Good air con too. Shower room could do with a little TLC (shower head difficult to position and ceiling had water marks). Great location near to beach, shops, lovely restaurants and bars. Less than 10 minutes to everywhere. Lovely rooftop area with small pool and always managed to get a sunbed. I would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Alicante. The location of the hotel was just a few steps from one of the best beaches we've been in our lives. Alicante is such a profoundly beautiful city! Everything was perfect from the room to the cleanliness, the bed was super comfortable... except for two things which were outside of the control of the staff. We happened to have the most noisy and disrespectful people we have ever met in the apartment beside ours. Also we woke up Sunday morning to find out there was a water outage. The combination of both of those things made it very very rough, but again, this wasn't the fault of the staff. They did what they could at least. Other than that we deeply appreciated our stay at My Flats La Marina!

Very comfortable and convenient Staff are amazing

The hotel and staff were excellent but we had a meal out on the main balcony and the steaks were tough and basically inedible. The wives had the lamb which whilst tasty was very small and none of our meals came with the advertised vegetables. The food was not a good advert for what is an excellent hotel.
