This is a small hotel in a typical French style (comparable to the French ski chalets in the Alps). Our room was small and the ensuite was compact. Because of its great location, you can hear street noise but it was never an issue at night. All the staff were welcoming and reception were super helpful and recommended some great places for us to eat.

Maison Lamartine was an excellent stay in Nice. But a short walk to the beach, the property is immaculate. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The only thing that we regret is we had to take breakfast in a hurry, as we had a train to catch. The breakfast was full of local and fresh pastries, jams, and cheeses. We wish we could have enjoyed a two hour breakfast. The place is top notch and will gladly return.

Well located hotel, a few streets from promenade des anglais and 10 min to train to du the Côte d’Azur line. Staff are kind, the rooms are on the smaller side.

Staff was really nice! Roms are a little small compare to those in Canada
