It was clean with nice staff but dated. Bed was old & lumpy. Shower head was also inadequate. Grounds were unkept. But price of stay was only $90 a night. We got what we paid for!

I loved staying at your resort. Everything was wonderful. The updated room was spacious, immaculate, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The property was lovely, the exterior of the cabins very attractive, with great curb appeal. The view of the mini golf course was really nice. Playing checkers was super fun! We stayed for 5 days and hope to stay longer the next time that we visit. We live in Tucson and would love to stay at your resort again within the year. I have already recommended you to others. The staff was terrific, so helpful. Katrina, who we liked instantly, checked us in. She was welcoming, efficient, informative, and knowledgeable. It was definitely one of the nicest resorts that we have ever stayed at.

The best I can say is that the room was clean and the location was good. It's an old development that's been whitewashed and redone, but still smells musty. Rooms are not particularly well-appointed; the bed is average, sinks are kinda gross, and management appears nonexistent - no response to texts even though they advertise that they are readily available. No bottled water even though they advertise it. There doesn't appear to be ice available on site, but who knows - they never answered my text. I was fooled by the high ratings. We visit Pinetop frequently, but won't stay here again.

Our room was NOT cleaned for TWO days

The German and Hungarian dishes were excellent. The beer selection was quite good as well. Had some of my favorite German beers.

The room was basic and rustic but the food and staff were awesome!

Booking was easy with hotels.com. the room itself was clean. And the bed was decently comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful and nice. I did have a slightly difficult time understanding him because he spoke quietly and had an accent that I just had a hard time hearing him with. The AC worked decently. The only real complaints I would have, is the ac was pretty loud and rattling. And the towels were extremely rough. I would stay here again for short term travel.
