Super cute hotel! Only stayed one night but the restaurant downstairs was wonderful (Jackson was a great server) & the rooftop patio was really nice & has a gorgeous view of the city. Valet was reasonably priced as well. 10/10 recommend...it wasn't very expensive & well worth the cost.

The host was friendly and responsive to all our questions, and both check-in and check-out were easy. The property has a lot of potential, with a lovely living room and kitchen. The location is excellent, and parking was manageable. That said, there were a few moments when the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations and I wished I chose another option. I’d say there’s still some work to be done to live up to the name.

While the hotel was very clean I feel it has a bit of a decor identity issue. Boutique hotel or bed and breakfast (minus the breakfast). I expected more with all the fancy communication after making the reservation, but fell first after.

I loved everything. The staff was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Just keep doing what you are doing.

I booked this hotel based on photos and details provided during booking, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, I was assigned a completely different room from what was shown online. The layout, size, and amenities were far below what was advertised. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the front desk, the customer service was unhelpful and indifferent. Rather than taking ownership of the mistake or attempting to resolve the issue, staff were dismissive and refused to rectify the situation. Accurate room descriptions and courteous customer service are the bare minimum expectations for a hotel stay, and this establishment failed on both counts. I would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. Staff was rude, Had no idea how to greet guests. Would not recommend this place. Not welcoming at all!!!!!
