We asked the front desk for a marker and the person on the front desk said I have to give him $5 cash to give me the marker. I said if you are charging me , I want to pay by card and get a receipt, he said no and refused to give me the marker. So I paid $1400 for 2 rooms in 2 nights ma they refused to give me a marked and wanted $5 cash??!!! That’s Robbery

Room was nice, the bathroom is tight quarters, you have to open the door entirely before entering because there is no space between the door and sink. And our toilet ran all night. I contacted the service desk so they were aware so I didn’t get charged for any incidentals. Otherwise, the space is clean and serves its purpose. Staff was kind! Expect to pay $55 for valet if you’re staying over night. The adjacent parking garage not associated with the hotel is $28/day but resets at 6am the next morning so if you wait to check out anytime after, you get charged another full day.
