Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

An amazing world class hotel right off the main square in old town Quito. Reminded me of a 5-star hotel in a European capital. Staff was outstanding. Location is perfect. Breakfast featuring delicious local cuisine. Close to the Metro. Close to everything. I’ll be back!

My second stay at this hotel on this trip. This hotel has a nice small-hotel feel about it. It is comfortable without going ‘over the top’. The guests of many nationalities mingle well and the breakfasts suit all tastes. The staff are helpful and deal with requests personally. There is no on site parking but plenty of on street parking nearby.

Great location unless you have a rental car as there is no parking and you cannot drive on the streets where the hotel is located. Great staff and very helpful

Best hotel in centro historico in Quito. Full of history and close to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. Loved our stay. We highly recommend

The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again.
