We are so pleased and happy with our time in Hotel Sucre. The staff is top of the line, everyone was very happy to help out and make us comfortable was their main goal. Location is supreme, restaurant food was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfortable, the balcony looking out to the main Plaza is amazing. Gabriel and his staff are amazing. Definitely this is the best option in the historical center. DO NOT SPEND DOUBLE THE MONEY IN HOTEL GARGOTENAS, IS NOT WORTH IT.

The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Front desk personnel were attentive, helpful, informative, and courteous. The hotel itself is a beautiful building; clean, well maintained, and well decorated. The area where the hotel is located appeared to be safe. The room was quaint but perfect for a getaway; it has everything you need. Thank you for the complimentary tea, coffee, bottle water, and delicious breakfast! This is definitely a plus for me. I will be back!

Great hotel, awesome staff. Loved the rooftop bar (great service by Dino). Highly recommended.

When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.

Quaint little place located on the top of the mountain. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious.
