Very Friendly, Clean, Helpful with all questions, Polite, and offering of any help we may have needed. Definitely will be staying there again on my Travels. The Staff was EXCELLENT in all ways during our stay

Loved the hotel, the food was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. However, **avoid any room overlooking 4th Street.** The traffic noise was absolutely unbearable, and we got very little sleep. Trucks using engine retarders, motorcycles with straight-through exhausts, and modified trucks racing through the street made it one of the worst nights I have ever experienced in a hotel. We complained and received a polite “We are so sorry,” but that simply wasn’t good enough. The hotel has been operating since the late 1800s, so surely this complaint has been made before. Management should be well aware of the problem and should have a solution in place, such as soundproofing, better room allocation, or warning guests in advance. If you are assigned a room facing 4th Street, **request to be moved immediately**. The noise seriously affected our stay.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-kept.

The one person I saw was nice and pleasant. The room was horrible. Burn marks on the blankets. Mildew in the shower. Water damage on the wall. Stink bugs on the ceiling. U get what u pay for here for sure. If u need a cheap place to stay this is ur hotel. Just don’t except it to be nice.

Location was very convenient for all our visits to various attractions, especially the art, and pottery stores on market street that we were able to walk to. We had a suite, which was over $200 a night with tax, and we thought that was a little expensive.
