A lovely stay. Wonderful staff in reception.

A lovely few days in the city and the Tandem suites did not disappoint! We usually stay in hotels but this gave us more space and freedom to cater if we chose to.

Everything about our stay was great! The apartment and staff were lovely. The only thing to consider is it was a little noisy late at night from the restaurants below. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Very warm welcome from reception staff in main hotel. Short walk to apartment building . Recently renovated from period property to an excellent standard. Great kitchen and dining area and very modern bedroom sympathetically converted. Very clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Expedia description of the property I booked stated to have a king size bed, but the bed turned out to be smaller than a queen. I complained to the hotel agent, and she told me that the hotel does not have any king size beds on site: Deceptive advertisement to attract bookings. I'm a disappointed customer.
