There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here.

Room card did not work. Had to use actual key provided by staff. Very good breakfast!

We loved everything about this property. The grounds are beautiful from the lavender lined side walls to the acres of olive trees. The staff could not be more accommodating from when we pulled into the parking lot and Joseppe came running out to help with bags to every other server going out of their way to make our stay special. We love a smaller hotel and appreciate the attention to every detail. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was also great. At night we sat on our patio under the olive trees and drank wine, so special. The restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and our waitor(can’t remember his name, great smile though) was great. We loved our stay!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The photos and the high price tag make it look like a luxury hotel, but that is far from reality. To start, the hotel doesn't even have a pool, and the bar area has nowhere to sit. The air conditioning in the room takes forever to turn on, making it incredibly uncomfortable every time we walked in. The shower stall is tiny and completely floods the bathroom floor. However, the biggest disappointment was the beach club. The beach is shared with a public club that rents out chairs, so it was completely packed. There was no way to relax, as we were stuck between crying kids throwing slippers at each other. The beach service was painfully slow; we had to constantly wave our hands hoping a waiter would eventually look at us. When the food finally arrived, it was immediately covered in ants, and we had to throw it away. We were so frustrated that we left the hotel less than 2 hours after checking in and only came back to sleep. To top it all off, they couldn't even manage to get us a dinner reservation at the restaurant before 9:30 PM. Save your money—this place is definitely not worth it.

The luxurious finishes, comfortable bed, and thoughtful amenities made it a pleasure to return to after exploring the beautiful city of Bari. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality products, and every meal we enjoyed was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooftop restaurant was a true highlight, combining outstanding cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to Bari's best shops, restaurants, and historic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. BRA Hotel is a true five-star experience in every sense. If you're looking for luxury, impeccable service, outstanding food, and an unforgettable stay in Bari, look no further. We can't wait to return!
