Good free parkimg right at the hotel. Nice clean beach with a beach bar next door. Breakfast staff were all pleasant and efficient keeping tables cleaned quickly so there was always a clean table to sit at.

A nice break

Close to a lovely beach, breakfast very good, rooms very clean, I have only one recommendation for the hotel, the shower head needed descaling, everything was very good value.

I don’t give 5 star reviews ever but I willl make an exception for INATEL. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The service is excellent. The rooms are impeccable and mopped everyday! Love the glassed in shower arrangement. I had a seaview and left the balcony door open most of the time to hear the sound of the surf. The view from the balcony was mezmerizing. The beachfront is gorgeous and steps from the door. Breakfast is hearty and all you can eat. Great coffee.The location is quiet and away from the party scene in the old town but 15 minute walk away of you hanker. Parking is free. For bird lovers there is a colony of swallows who have built nests just above the second floor above balcony level and can be observed swooping around and entering thier mud nests. I spent many hours watching these cool birds. It just goes to show that even a three star hotel can deliver a five star experience!

Perfect location to be just outside of Old Town

We had a sea view room and it was lovely the view was the highlight, the room was comfortable enough what you’d expect for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold bits plenty of everything to go around. It seemed more locals stay in this hotel as we didn’t encounter any other English tourists. It’s a short walk from the escalators going down to the old town strip so you’re just outside of all the partying. Staff were helpful we had to checkout at 2.30am for our flight and they provided us breakfast to take with us. The only suprise was the pool is actually across the road from the hotel, we didn’t even visit it as it was chilly and it’s not a heated pool. We weren’t informed about it and had to ask but likely as it was only 18-20 degrees during our stay!

Disappointed overall

Arrived to a room which balcony wouldn't lock waited over an hour with very little care and was given another room with the same issue and it smelt really bad. Third room all was ok but we were 2hrs later wanting dinner. Came back and asked for a bottle opener and was told no its at the other hotel i siad the least you can do is send someone up to us with a bottle opener. Person arrived with bottle opener and refused to open our 3 bottles of wine, he opened 2 and went. We bought one the next day. Breakfast at the beach hotel was awful very poor selection and not much of anything staff also rude to us. We went to main hotel for breakfast after 3 days of no improvement. We were apoken to awfully when we asked for a towel as our shower leaked and told no along with a lot of shouting in foreign. Thia is my 3rd time here and by far the worst like staff didn't want english/iriah there. Reception desk had a flyer to welcome you on laws and fines for touriats being drunk, loud etc yet we were kept up by 50+ locals staying at the hotel until 12pm shouting and cheering.

The beach location was fantastic , the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. The hotel front of house staff mainly excellent. On site cafe/restaurant was a bit dour the gentleman who we met was a bit unfriendly and unenthusiastic . Breakfast offering and staff was excellent.
