Middle of the madness

Hotel is places right within the old town square, music from bars can be loud, but this was not an issue for us. Pool is small bit there was no issues with sunbeds.

Absolutely fantastic hotel location is absolutely perfect in middle of eveything. Rooms was beautiful and clean breakfasts was more continental but beautiful and filled you for the day. All staff members so friendly and helpful. Pool freezing cold but again nice to cool of in for a few seconds. Over all fantastic location, food, staff and for it being right on the strip always felt secure with the key cards to use lifts and enter door. Cant not wait to return x

Hotel itself, staff, food and drink were absolutely amazing. However very noisy at night until 4/5am.. when i booked i never read reviews for noise and myself and partner went for a quiet few days but also close enough to the strip that we didn’t have to get taxis etc. still amazing and if i want a good hotel for a partying i will stay there.

Definitely will not be returning! There was a huge roach in my room! The bathroom shower was horribly built! Water all over once you take a shower! They only give 1 bathroom floor mat and it'll be soaking wet until they change the next day! Service was terrible, needed a fork and was told I had to take 2 elevators to ask the restaurant to borrow one!

Stylish Hotel in center of pedestrian walk streets. Neighborhood is convenient to major tourist sites and plentiful dining options.. Nighttime performers can be loud in the adjacent square which was out only negative from our stay.

Lovely Room but if you’re unfortunate enough to be on the bar side of the street it’s truly too loud to sleep. Music from the bars went until 4:00 am. Unless you have a guaranteed room on the d castle side I would not recommend this location

The hotel was ok. I went on my honeymoon here and unfortunately back to back days found large roaches in our room. To say the least, we didn’t fully enjoy the stay. Thankfully we stayed elsewhere for the majority of our honeymoon. We stayed at other hotels in the area and they didn’t seem to have this problem. Other than that the staff was so friendly and location was great. Definitely get a room facing the pool to avoid the noise. Best part was the pool and pool service. Overall it was okay.

First look was all good reception lady was very nice i had paid extra for balcony and pool view well on entering the room all looked good very clean very small room then i opened my curtains to find frosted doors no view ! and you need all the lights on as it was so dark also a tiny half length hanging cupboard no shelves as the safe was on it so had to live out of my case for a week i did go to reception the next day as i had booked two rooms next to each other that was the same the balconys was directly on to the pool you cauldnt use them for two kids running in and out of them and people sitting on your wall to your balcony round the pool. When i complained and asked to move i was told quite sharply that i had got what i paid for and no other rooms left ? So i asked if i can have a hanging rail but it never appeared!!! Also the pool was dirty it got worse over the week so i didnt use it shame it looked nice at the start ? But i must say the breakfast staff was great big shout out for them ! At reception i was told that they would try and get some money off for me but didnt hear a word after that day so if you get rooms on the 6 floor beware the rooms are dark no view and no hanging space for two in room 601 ,602 had a bit more but they are very dark and dont use the pool if it looks murky !!!!!!
