The Staff (especially Soraira) were just lovely and accomodating with our asks - they let us store our luggage and use the pool in the afternoon on our check out day - they couldn't have been more wonderful - great location too - not too far from the beach and old town; pool is a great added touch; room a little dated but overall it was great

I loved the location. Front clerks were amazing. The door (to open) and the shower head needed fixing but they sent a maintenance guy as soon as possible. Apartment is very big. Lots of room.

Sun, sea and serenity

Staff were all helpful and friendly, i have a feeling the thought, we were young brits just there to party as we had to pay a €100 deposit each in cash informed of the rules. The main two being, noise and no visitors after 10pm. I'd stay again, the hotel was a little dated but for the price it was perfect and had everything we needed. The pool is a really big size so you can get your morning swim on if the sea doesn't take your fancy. It is only a 10 minute walk into Albufeira Old Town and to the seafront so the location is perfect.

Great location

Good stay! Staff were pleasant and lovely. The flats were big and spacious. You could tell that they had tried to renovate recently but some areas still looked old. Not dirty but just old. But I’d still happily go back! Location was great too. 5 mins away from the beach!

Short break

Great location, apartment updated except for the bathroom. Quiet apartment complex and although it wasn’t an issue for us some people were complaining about the lack of sun loungers around the pool.

Friendly staff

Very clean hotel and rooms. The best things were the friendly staff and view from the hotel. Grounds were well maintained. Rooms in excellent condition. A few local bars and a spar by the hotel and the old town around 10 mins walk. Would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here for six nights in September . I have to say the staff was excellent. Sofia went out out her way to help us with booking train tickets and answering all our questions. As well all the other staff we came across were very accommodating. The hotel location was an easy walk down to the main beach area. There is a very good restaurant around the corner on the way to the beach . Incredible specials every night and friendly. The only negative we had was we booked garden view rooms . I would suggest if you do request garden view not to have rooms 001 to 005 as you enter these through the basement. Pool area very nice and lots of room and chairs. We would stay here again Rob and Jen Canada

The hotel and location are fabulous! The only drawbacks were the lack of aircondioning in the rooms. It probably wouldn't have mattered except that we were there during a very hot spell. The 2 girls on recepton were wondrfulm
