Great location. Quick checkin. Spotless room. And convenient breakfast buffet with big assortment of food.

Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

We had an incredible stay. Got a free room updrade, air conditioning was great, the breakfast was amazing as well as the staff hospitality, and all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely return!

You could not request new towels more than twice, we were there for 6 days and with the humidity, everyone needed showers daily. It advertises toiletries provided but 1 toothbrush with toothpaste, 1 comb and 3 packets of shampoo were what was provided for our family of 3. When we inquired about a pillow for the pull out bed for my son, we were told to use the couch pillows. Laundry service is only available to use 11am-8pm so that was a bust. It advertises 1 room cleaning per stay no matter the length of your stay. We requested a room cleaning and they said they’d be by in the morning. We came back at 2pm, rooms weren’t cleaned and we were exhausted so we took a nap. We got up and requested our room be cleaned, they said they’d came during our nap and we missed our chance. On top of all this, beds are very firm, walls are thin and night life goes until 3-4 in the morning close enough where you can hear it. The staff was unaccommodating in any way and at times borderline rude. On the plus side, there was a fridge, kitchenette, and air conditioning.

Very basic property but expensive for the amenities. Very well located. Staff was friendly but at checkout they didn't want to call a taxi for us. Room wasn't quiet, you can hear conversations from next rooms in the middle of the night. I will not stay again there. Many better places around.
