Nothing unique, worn-out furniture, bedding terrible, you sink into the mattress and worst of all one elevator for the whole hotel floor, size of a football field, although acknowledge breakfast as surprisingly cheap, room service had a very limited menu, stay in Holiday Inn whenever I am in USA , and it is perfect, this time it was a complete disappointment, room telephone did not wok an despite my three requests was not fixed, the soap was surprisingly of good quality.

最初に案内された部屋はメイクアップされておらず、すぐに部屋を替えてもらいました。 次の部屋はバスタブの栓がなく、シャワーも水量の半分以上は蛇口から出てしまう状態でした。 湯船には浸かるつもりがなかったので、ハウスキーパーが来た際にシャワーの修理を依頼しても、最初はショボショボと出る様子を見て「これじゃダメなの？」と言う始末。即刻ダメ出しして、修理させました。 同行者の部屋でも、室温調節が壊れていて20℃から上がらず(つまり冷房が全開)、やはり別の部屋に替えてもらったとのことでした。 全体的に施設のメンテ不足が目立ちます。

Had major issues with the maintenance. My refrigerator and my kettle did not work. Called maintenance and they came to look but did not fix. Couldn’t understand what the guy was saying. Called three more times in the same day but got totally ignored. We had food items that needed to be refrigerated and had to throw away the next morning. Totally unsatisfying visit. Will not stay there again.

온라인으로 선결제 후에 방문했습니다. 공항 출입국심사 문제로 새벽에 도착했는데, 호텔에 방이 없으니 근처에 있는 동일사 호텔로 가라고 하네요. 거기다가 3일 투숙으로 예약했는데 2일 투숙하고 나니 다시 원래 예약했던 호텔로 가라고 합니다. 정말 황당하지만 타국이고 실랑이를 벌이기 싫어서 그냥 승락했습니다. 분명 투숙을 하지 않으면 돈을 환불해 주지 않았을 텐데, 제 방을 확보하지 않았다는 것이 너무 황당하네요. 인터넷 예약이라고 마음대로 하는 것인지, 이부분은 호텔 및 호텔스닷컴에서 주의를 해야 할 것 같습니다!
