His professionalism, kindness, attention, and genuine commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible truly made a difference. Having team members like Adam reflects the high standards and exceptional hospitality of the resort. Address Beach Resort definitely deserves a full five-star rating. Hotel is great but I am leaving a poor Review purely with the fact being stranded in Dubai due to the war they are demanding payment and not following UAE law that they must provide accommodation for stranded tourists if they are unable to pay and the hotel manager was unhelpful and didn’t care
