a cheap night in Aix-le-Bains

this hotel was once somebodies wonderful home. it is a pity it has become a renovators dream. the stairs wound up through the centre of the house - you could just imagine children flying down the bannisters!. Madame was welcoming and spoke english as needed. She provided us with a wonderful breakfast & excellent coffee the following morning. The hotel is in the centre of town with parking a few streets across. and the hotel has a working lift. don't let its shabbiness & the fact that there is one shower for all deter you. there was a toilet in the bedroom (without seat) but the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. certainly if you need a grander view and a toilet seat go elsewhere.

Parfait!!! Je n’ai pas l’habitude de dire que je trouve un hĂŽtel bien et encore moins Ă  ce prix lĂ . Mais lorsque je suis arrivĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel je me suis demandĂ© toute la nuit si cela n’était pas une farce tant le lieux et l’accueille ne reprĂ©sente pas le prix aussi bas. Vous ĂȘtes dans un hĂŽtel Ă©toilĂ©s alors que vous payer le prix d’un F1!!! Et le confort des chambres et digne de la gentillesse et de la disponibilitĂ© du personnel toujours aux petits soins qu‘en repartant d’ici j’avais l’impression que devant l’entrĂ©e un chauffeur allĂ© me rĂ©cupĂ©rer! Une vraie belle trouvaille que je souhaite vous faire partager. Car venir dans ce cadre (Aix les bains) et passer une nuit dans cet hĂŽtel vous laissera Ă  vous aussi Ă  coups sĂ»rs une expĂ©rience magique. Merci 🙏

La chambre jolie au demeurant était si mal insonorisée. Et quelle étrange experience de séjourner dans un hÎtel dans lequel il n'y a personne. Ni à l'accueil, ni dans la salle de restauration fermée. Tout se fait à partir de différents codes envoyés sur le téléphone. Moderne impersonnel et chambre peu confortable...

TrÚs bon hÎtel, trÚs bien situé

HÎtel trÚs bien situé et propre. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, tout se fait à distance, mais cela fonctionne. Un bémol pour la salle de bain, avec allumage automatique avec minuterie, qui donne sur la chambre par une baie vitrée ; difficile de ne pas réveiller l'autre quand on s'y rend en pleine nuit...

chambre sur cote route toute la nuit impossible de dormir a cause du passage de voiture fenĂȘtre pas isoler pas de cafĂ© sur place, mĂȘme pas un distributeur il faut traverser la ville pour aller dans un autre hĂŽtel a 600 mĂštres , la douche a une marche de 40 cm pour des personnes Ăąges impossible ou dangereux de sortir de la douche
