This property definitely needs some upkeep, maintenance and cleaning. Our door didn’t deadbolt so that was a little nerve wracking. The air unit barely worked. But the bed was clean and cozy and the shower was hot. The floors were dirty and the ceiling corners all had spider webs. But for a hundred bucks a night, it’s better than nothing. Also, no tv remote to be found in the room but didn’t complain. The front staff were friendly.

Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was perfect.

It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of graduation from the university which is why we were in the area.

Area surrounding hotel is not pleasant. Vape shop next door. Very high traffic and people hanging out in the hotel parking lot. Rooms under construction and was not informed. Hammering drilling etc until 7pm every night. I was told not on the weekends which is untrue. Dirty handprints on bathroom door. Overall felt unsafe with my vehicle and too loud.

We are semi-local. Last minute decided to do a little stay-cation with the kids. Booked this hotel specifically to use the pool and hot tub. Found out upon arrival that those are out of commission. (I should have checked the reviews first). I feel that is something these places need to be updating on their sites as soon as they are shut down so vacationers know there’s no pool. Most people choose hotels based on this. Alas, we let it slide and just made the most of it. Then as soon as we checked in we quickly find the place to be EXTREMELY NEGLECTED. It is in DIRE need up repair and renovation. That said, they did say that the pool was closed due to the entire second floor being remodeled. So, again, we let it slide because clearly they are making an effort. Then we got to our room……urine around the toilet and filth everywhere!! I’ll post the photos of the bathroom. Stained furniture. Bad carpet. Place was just gross. In order for the toilet to be as bad as it was, it would have to have been not cleaned for quite some time!! Exterior doors out of order. Juice machine out of order. The list is endless. I went to the front desk and the gal was nice about it but no other rooms for us to use. She came and cleaned the toilet and that was it.
