no lo volveremos a reservar

he intentado cancelar la ultima noche ya que se pudo dormir la primera noche, la habitacion estaba al lado del ascensor y mucho ruido. A la mañana siguiente el bar estaba cerrado y para desayunar tubo que ir a una panaderia de la zona. No he podido contactar con el hotel para cancelar la noche y recuperar el dinero. Ni por email ni por telefono. Espero que algun dia contesten el email enviado.
