Great place to stay, close to National and State Parks. Right off Flathead Lake, walking distance to restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchenette with sink refrigerator and microwave. Offered complimentary ice and firewood, but now was available. The manager came within minutes of a phone call that the refrigerator was not working, it blew a breaker and was cleaned up quickly. Owner called me back quickly as I didn't know what room we were staying in, that was because Hotels.com who we booked through did not provide them an email or phone # to contact me with that information. Would stay there again. The landscaping could use some cleaning up, lots of overgrown grass and weeds.

Room was doable for what we needed, stayed in an upstairs room, no elevator, which I didn’t realize, had to carry up heavy suitcases and gear. The bed mattress needs replacing- it was very hard, and uncomfortable. The CO2 sensor had a flashing strobe light that went off all night long and reflected on the ceiling near the bed. Which could be challenging for some people to sleep with it flashing all night. The stay was “okay”, I’ve stayed in worse, but stayed in much better places. For the price I would expect a nicer mattress.

Property was beautiful and in a lovely location. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Nice bonus to have breakfast available each morning as a lot of the hotels in the area don’t offer it. The lounge/den area was comfortable and welcoming. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return!

Enjoyed the serenity of the pool and view of the lake. Cute place.

Beautifully revitalized rooms, great location, comfy beds. We’ve started here many times.

The staff at Grouse Mountain was extremely helpful during our stay. We arrived believing we had all the items we needed for our dogs. But we forgot food bowls. We forgot water bowls. We forgot scissors to open the food for the dogs. Not only is there no additional charge for pets, but the front desk staff obtained take-away containers to use for food dishes, a glass bowl to use for water, and scissors to open the food containers. The bathroom sink drain leaked when we arrived; it was fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you, Grouse Mountain staff! You made our stay much better than it otherwise would have been.
