I had to restart the AC unit which was a sized for a single bedroom (in a condo intended for 6-8 occupants and multiple sleeping areas); took all night to get down to 74 degrees in the unit. Toilet did not flush. Keycards demagnetize if you show any fear in your eyes as you approach your door. Would not recommend the larger units for mobility impaired (they’re all the upstairs units). Pretty golf course and grounds seemed well kept.

We stayed 1 night. They charged us $150 for a futon that had already been broken previously. We called to discuss it with the front desk and the lady was super rude. Sprinklers were running over night and water spotted our car terribly. There was no explanation on how to check in or where to check in. Very confusing.

This place was lovely, great location, clean, and scenic (top of a mountain location). We had 3 kids with us and there was enough space for the whole family.

Overall, our stay was just okay. The property was farther from town than I expected, but the shuttle service made getting around much easier and was something we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our first room had a major ant problem, with large black ants crawling throughout the room. The staff moved us a few doors down, which we appreciated, but by the time we checked out we were finding ants in the second room as well. The rooms also feel dated and could use a renovation. The carpet in our room was coming up in places, although I will say the beds and pillows were very comfortable. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of reliable internet and cell service. I needed to make business calls, but neither the Wi-Fi nor my cell service worked in my room. I had to go to the main lobby to use the Wi-Fi, but the loud music made it difficult to work. I eventually found the porch to be a much better place to get some work done. Customer service was inconsistent. Whenever I asked questions, I was often told to ask someone else because the employee didn’t know the answer. The coffee from the lobby coffee bar was very good, but when I tried to order one of the breakfast burritos advertised on the menu, I was told they didn’t actually make them. Great place to stay, close to National and State Parks. Right off Flathead Lake, walking distance to restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchenette with sink refrigerator and microwave. Offered complimentary ice and firewood, but now was available. The manager came within minutes of a phone call that the refrigerator was not working, it blew a breaker and was cleaned up quickly. Owner called me back quickly as I didn't know what room we were staying in, that was because Hotels.com who we booked through did not provide them an email or phone # to contact me with that information. Would stay there again. The landscaping could use some cleaning up, lots of overgrown grass and weeds.
