I have to call 24 hours prior to my trip to find out that the apartment is flooded and I should feel free to cancel and do whatever instead. I was giving another apartment and when I showed up it was 100°. It was not cold and the door would not close. Do not rent from those people. It's a scam

Loved it. Enviorment was great! Close to pretty much everything downtown. Vibes even with kids only things I would say is lobby has a weird smell other than that loved it.

My family enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back and recommend. thank you.

The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

First I’d like to say that the ratings are no direct reflection of the staff. They did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible. when we arrived at the property we realized they were doing extensive construction and renovations. We ended up changing our room three times for different reasons. Some of them were paint smells, strong odors from construction, our shower door was off the track and very heavy to move back-and-forth, as well as the sink, not draining the water and instead it just would sit and not fully drain. We had two nights left for our reservation and we were moved to a room on the first floor unfortunately, the same issue still occurred with the sink and finally we decided to leave early because the pool was unusable and needed to be shocked it was very dirty. We did request some sort of refund or accommodation which we are currently waiting update. We decided to check out a day and a half early and Instead spend our last night in Texas at another hotel. Which unfortunately caused us to spend more money than you planned and expected to.
