Had a great stay on Naxos. Hotel is located in good area convenient to every thing. 5 minute walk to the beach and port/old town. Also some great restaurants just down the street. Having rental car site attached to the hotel made getting a car for a day to explore the island very easy. Would stay here again

Un plauso speciale va al personale della reception, sempre straordinariamente disponibile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Sono stati fantastici e di grande supporto, venendoci incontro con grandissima flessibilità e cortesia anche su alcune nostre richieste specifiche. La colazione è ottima e varia, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, comoda a tutto. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente!

I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

The staff (Poppy) was very helpful with tips on getting around Naxos. From the hotel it was a 15 minute walk to the port. Easy to walk to shopping / restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. Nice breakfast buffet; the ladies did a great job !

Very nice small hotel in Naxos town, but far enough on the outskirts to be away from any nightlife noise. Two excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lovely owner/operator. Wonderful breakfast, best of the 3 hotels we’ve been at on this Greek islands trip.

Clean room, nice staff and lots of options for breakfast

This property was wonderful. The gardens were blooming with flowers. Everything was green and lush. The pools were sparkling. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was a lot of fun and they all did an excellent job. We completely enjoyed our stay. The resort is right across the street from the beach and you have multiple pools to choose from if you don’t want to swim in the cold refreshing sea. Staff helped us book a boat and snorkel trip the day we arrived. We did not have to rent a car because every 30 minutes the bus comes by the resort and you can run into Nexus town for some shopping and sightseeing. We definitely would stay again if we had a chance to go back to Naxos.

Great location, family-friendly hotel, staff were amazing, they even allowed us a late check-out for free! Only caveat is the road and it could do with temporary traffic lights during the holiday season, but other than that the location is great with sea views, very easy access to St. George's beach and the town centre (roughly 15-20 minutes walk via the beach) as well as the various beaches. We had a blast!
