⭐️ Very disappointing experience – poor customer service I booked this hotel for my aunt specifically because the booking stated that airport pickup was available. This was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, especially as it was located closer to the airport. Before my aunt’s arrival, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm the airport pickup. They clearly told me that someone would be waiting outside the arrivals area with a board displaying the hotel’s name. Unfortunately, when my aunt arrived, nobody was there to pick her up. She had to walk around the airport asking people and trying to find someone from the hotel, despite the hotel having confirmed the arrangement beforehand. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If a hotel advertises airport pickup and then confirms the arrangement directly with a guest, they should make sure the service is actually provided. It caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, particularly as my aunt was travelling alone. The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the airport pickup service, so unfortunately the hotel did not deliver on one of the key services that influenced my booking. Very poor communication and customer service. I would expect better from a hotel.

It is a new properties with three floors and no elevator. Made it very difficult for someone who has quite a bit o luggage and other items for busines.
