Lovely stay and everyone so helpful

Our stay at Hotel Saint Martin was incredibly frustrating. The room we were given was completely different from what we booked and was visibly dirty upon arrival. The room was very small, had view on a wall, there was no soap, towels had holes. When we brought these issues to the front desk, the receptionist was dismissive and entirely unhelpful. We won’t go back.

Great location 5 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the historical center, shops and restaurant at walking distance. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly
