Some of this one my own fault for not checking thoroughly what I was booking. This is very much a hostel. Shared bathroom which I don't feel was clear, my room had no curtains, and there was no instruction as how to access the property. That said the shared bathroom was clean, but no hot water in the shower. Probably fine if you know what to expect.

Lovely hotel. Triple room was quite small but comfy and clean. Staff all were lovely. Breakfast was good. Parking was very busy sunday checkout time. Free parking appreciated.

Great location. Lovely hotel.

The apartment was semi clean and the bedding should be upgraded to the standards of travel for guests. It is centrally located in the town but for the price we paid it should have been a nicer stay. Also, there were no accommodations to wash your clothes and this was a disappointment with the amount of rain in the area.

Very convenient as close to Cork station. Easy 5-10 minute walk into city centre. Hotel all good and very well presented.

Ballyvalone House is such a beautiful hotel, full of character and genuinely homely. Fantastic breakfast, local ingredients and lovely service.
