We checked in, went to room and the maid was in there. She said she had to clean our room then she said she didn’t know she was in the right room to clean. The room was not cleaned very well. My daughter broke her foot so she needed too put her feet up. We left and stayed somewhere else. We will not be back

This resort is so beautiful, clean, & tranquil. We could hardly wait to finish our daily adventures so we could get back to our room. We had a gorgeous room with a spacious deck overlooking the Rock Creek River. The sound of the rushing water was so relaxing. We even had a small black bear walk past our deck one evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed an outstanding meal at Ten. The beef rib was tender and flavorful. The complimentary valet service keeps your vehicle secure and your vehicle is available for use in a few minutes.

Great atmosphere within the entire hotel! Will stay again!

Would give 5 stars but there was hair left on the shower wall. Stay was quiet. Having a fridge and stove were a big perk

This hotel is not correctly advertised. The listing says they have a pool. When I called they said the pool is at a neighboring fitness facility and that fitness facility closes early. The pool was not available when we needed it around 7:30 PM. We decided to cancel and find another hotel with a pool because we have been driving for seven hours with three kids. The pool was the only reason you were staying. When I called to speak to the manager about approving a penalty fee refund Joel was extremely rude… he claimed I had left negative reviews which I had not done and I have never done for any hotel ever! But just because he was such a difficult person. I decided to leave him a very pleasant honest review you’re welcome Joel have a special day.
