Greeted with a smile, seated then others seated. Orders served water , no water for quite a while. Another server served us water after 30 minutes. Our server finally appeared, very friendly, finally we were rolling along the rest was good. Food was a 7 out of 10.

Welcoming and helpful staff. My boys enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning while mom enjoyed the complementary happy hour in the evenings. The suite was spacious. Awesome location. Although half the hotel is unavailable and there is no restaurant on site currently. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The pool is unheated and hot tub is out of order. The pool area could use some tlc.

Every thing was terrific

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days. Sadly, this is a negative review- First, I did request a room not by an exit door; however that could not be accommodated even though I booked this room 4.5 months in advance. Being by the exit door, it was pretty loud all night with the slamming and it was just hard to sleep. The walls are also very thin in the rooms, as we heard everybody around us either walking above us or talking next door. The room itself was super dark, as it felt like we were in a basement room. The lighting wasn't even bright enough to actually function. It always felt like night in the room and we did have to keep the blinds closed, which didn't help because we were facing the busy outside parking lot. If we kept the blinds open everybody could see directly into our room, which we didn't like. The beds were super comfortable and to feed off of what everybody else is saying about the ants, it's 100% true. We left a few pieces of pizza in a pizza box on the table and by morning the box was filled with a thousand ants, which made the room feel dirty. Pool was fantastic! We did eat breakfast in the restaurant one morning and everything was completely cold. There was only one server and one cook in a busy restaurant. We were highly disappointed in that. Location was perfect and the ice machines were also very far away from our room. I wanted to really love this hotel; however I don't think we will be back here as we didn't even have a little refrigerator.

Always stayed at the stage, they usually have affordable prices, a really good free morning, breakfast and a great kitchen and bar at night !
