The hotel was clean but tired. The TV didn’t work and the shower tap was either screaming hot or cold. The bed was comfortable though.

The staff were super friendly. The room was small but it was clean and quiet. The bed is a bit harder than I like, but my husband didn't mind it.

While the rooms are being renovated, serious issues are not resolved. The floors are warped leaving large gaps under the doors. Several shots don't shut properly! Every room has an exhaust vent in the bathroom that sounds like a hand dryer and can't be turned off. Parking is limited and very tight. The only upside is that it is close to Rogers Place. I won't be going back.

This place is nice but the front desk staff, especially the lady named Joanna was incredible. Joanna was kind, funny, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations and is a real credit to this motel. She is the only reason we came back for the second and third nights. My Wife was flying home alone and Joanna made sure that she was well taken care of, alleviated all of her fears and made sure the shuttle driver took good care of her. I am grateful for this kind soul. An incredible attribute to your company.
