The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Super happy with my stay here, would definitely recommend!

This is a unique property which is somewhat isolated but about 20 minutes from Syracusa and we were able to get an Uber pretty easily. We had a rental car and went to Arenella Beach which was great experience which I feel was a real authentic Sicily lido experience. We paid 5 euro for the parking 25 euro for 2 chairs. They had a man making very good pizza and a restaurant with full bar to sit in (food court set up). The pool at the hotel is very nice and huge and heated. Our room had a hot tub which was really nice. The morning breakfast is a buffet but they will make you omelets, pancakes and eggs too! This is a very relaxing place but the rooms are not luxurious but clean and adequate. The staff was very helpful.

Villa Conrad was superb! The Villa was renovated and luxurious. Location is perfect. I was able to use the rooftop pool at Metropole with a stunning ocean view. The only thing was the tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it!

The room was comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and the view from the outdoor terrace was beautiful. We would stay here again.

Breakfast, clean room and location! Definitely will stay at this hotel and try their hot tub next time 😀
