Staff was not helpful. Two days I asked to get room cleaned and no one ever showed up. Would not stay here again. I will get a room at Marriott from now on.

Hampton Inn Slidell
I was freezing the entire time. The thermostat was blocked and said use the other one which was also blocked. Ridiculous !

I have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and it’s always amazing. The staff is so helpful and respectful. The place is always super clean. The breakfast is good. The bed very comfortable.

Hotels dot com website listed a $20 pet fee - reasonable-so I booked/paid for room then at the hotel found out there is also a $100 cleaning fee- bait and switch No complimentary coffee in lobby- food and beverage in hotel very expensive Front desk staff were great- very helpful
