Hotels dot com website listed a $20 pet fee - reasonable-so I booked/paid for room then at the hotel found out there is also a $100 cleaning fee- bait and switch No complimentary coffee in lobby- food and beverage in hotel very expensive Front desk staff were great- very helpful

The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff knock to see if I needed any towels or etc. I will definitely be booking again. It was a great stay.
