Checked in, found no towels in the room, had to go ask at the front desk which I got with no hesitation. The next day I noticed there was no hair dryer in the bathroom so I asked early in the morning for one but checked out and still did not receive one.

Blood stains on the pillows covers for not change bathroom floor was dirty coffee pot was there, but the cup of sugar or a coffee was not there it says breakfast was included, but we have to pay for breakfast.
