The rooms are pretty rundown and don’t look anything like the pictures on the website. Also breakfast was about as poor as it could get. I would say this hotel is overpriced for what it is.

Front desk was very helpful and quick. Kids loved swimming and playing foosball and ping pong. The sauna is kept at 160 and very spacious. The two queen room was comfortable. The pillows have a variety of firmness options in the room. Two bathrobes in the closet. Plus a safe. The shower faucet was old and leaking. The bathroom could use more counter space instead of the stylish freestanding vanity. Not a good trade off. Mini fridge was very convenient. Room was hot but there’s a ceiling fan and box fan in the wardrobe. The TV is small and old. The bellhops were helpful and courteous. The bar tenders are great and make Shirley Temples for the kids. The elevator situation is a bit much but usually not crowded. Very low clearance in the parking garage. 6’5” Location is excellent. We walked to the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. Coffee and ice cream are walking distance from hotel. Definitely would Stay here again.

No air conditioning and the windows did not open. I was very not in July. Also the kitchenette did not have a microwave.

Definitely did not like having to go up three flights of stairs with all our luggage, groceries and everytime we went out. Wish this had been mentioned in the description

The room was very nice for the price. Would stay there again.
