Location good, most of the staff were good, particularly Francesco who was excellent . One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, we asked for our complementary bottle of wine he said that because it was from expedia rather than the Bizanzio we couldn’t have an ice bucket or glasses which I found shocking… for a 4star hotel!

Staff was wonderful!!!

Fantastic hotel! Located very conveniently to so many great spots. The family room was ideal four our family of four with two teenagers. The staff was incredibly kind and the bar was beautiful. Highly recommend

Excellent stay

We had a 3 night stay in July & it was excellent. We really liked the location of the hotel as it was in a more quieter location but still easy to walk to all the sites. We had a top floor room with a terrace which was great. Nice selection for breakfast. The staff at the hotel are great, really friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again in wonderful Venice.

Wonderful balcony, Modern facilities, a clean room with fresh air, and a great buffet breakfast. My only concern was regarding privacy and safety. During my stay, a staff member entered my room without my consent and opened the bathroom window. I noticed the window had been left open when I returned to the hotel. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but this incident made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about guest privacy and security. No complimentary drinking water provided. No hand soap provided. Fortunately, the supermarket is next to the hotel. It’s very convenience to buy the missing stuff.
