The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Clean room? Very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was good and served in a nice quaint terrace.

We stayed here one night either side of a tour and loved it here. The location is great. Walking distance to Jemaa el Fnaa but a quiet location. We ate at the Limoni restaurant during both stays, just a couple of minutes down the street and I recommend it. We had a lead-in room for our first stay, which overlooked the pool. A little dark but had everything we needed and the decor was very much to our taste. On our return stay we knew we'd have a little longer to spend in the room so booked the room with balcony which was well worth it. More spacious but it was nice to sit out on our last night before returning to rainy London! Eva was a brilliant host, keeping in touch and arranging our airport transfers with zero hassle, and all the staff were super helpful.

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.

We travel quite a bit, and this is genuinely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we have had. First and foremost, a HUGE mention for Medi at front of house. What an absolute gem! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His warmth and genuine kindness made our stay so memorable. Management, look after this man – he deserves a medal!A personal thank you to the General Manager for the lovely bottle of wine and to all the staff who helped organise my husband's birthday surprises. Such thoughtful touches!The gardens are stunning, full of beautiful plants and fruit trees. My favourite spot was the tranquil courtyard with its fountain. The food was brilliant, restaurant staff super friendly, and the all-inclusive drinks selection one of the best we've experienced.The evening entertainment was outstanding! The band kept us dancing, karaoke was great fun, and the lead female singer has an incredible voice. The location is fantastic, with the souks within easy walking distance. Even the porters and security guards at the entrance were so welcoming, always asking about our day. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping made me smile every day by arranging my pyjamas into different patterns! My only gripe was the pool, which was advertised as heated but unfortunately wasn't. Thank you to everyone, but especially Medi. You are what makes this hotel special. Give that man a medal! ❤️
